Pasadena City College football sophomore wide receiver Ricky Blair, the Lancers eighth all-time receptions leader, has signed his scholarship letter of intent with Middle Tennessee State University. He is the first PCC sophomore from the 2015 team to commit to a 4-year school.

MT is a NCAA Division I college and the Blue Raiders are a member of Conference USA. 

Blair led the Lancers in receiving and scoring this season while earning a spot on the All-SCFA National Northern League Second Team. The 6-foot-5, 180-pound receiver from Los Altos High appropriately wore No. 1 on his jersey. He made 46 catches for 629 yards for a 13.7 yards average and pulled in eight touchdown receptions. His 77 career receptions and 1,175 career yards allowed him to enter the PCC Top 10 in all-time receiving.
