SCC Struggles For Men's Track and Field
The Pasadena City College men's track and field team had a tough day, scoring just 17 team points and tying for fifth with Long Beach City College, at the South Coast Conference Championships held April 26 and 29 at Long Beach City College.

Mt. San Antonio ran away with the conference title with 420 points.
The top finish by a Lancer was turned in by sophomore transfer Stewart McKenzie in the triple jump as he placed fourth at 14.18 meters. The team's 4x100 relay squad was fourth at 45.36 seconds.
The 2016 season was a tough one for the Lancers who had just one athlete, McKenzie, qualify for the SoCal Finals on May 14 at Antelope Valley College. McKenzie placed ninth in the triple jump as PCC did not score aStewart McKenzieending the team's season.
