Three Lancers Make All-SCC Women's Water Polo Team

An abbreviated 2018 season for the Pasadena City College women's water polo team didn't stop the Lancers from placing three players on the All-South Coast Conference Team .

Goalie Wassall Stands Out In Water Polo

It doesn't show on the scoreboard or in the goals allowed numbers, but there is no question who is the best player in the pool on the Pasadena City College women's water polo team. Freshman goalie Natalie Wassall has already exhibited in four games that she is as acrobatic and athletic as any goalkeeper ever at PCC.

Yesenia Marin is the only letterman on the 2018 PCC women's water polo team. She scored six goals in two games to open the season on Saturday.

With only second-leading scorer Yesenia Marin returning from last year, the 2018 Pasadena City College women's water polo team has a brand new roster that features 10 freshmen. PCC head coach Terry Stoddard, who has coached every game in program history, begins his 20th season on the pool deck.
