Another 6th For Men's Basketball At Cuesta Tourney

The good news for the Pasadena City College men's basketball team was that it was able to play into the final day of all five of its pre-conference tournaments this season thus playing 15 of a possible 15 contests. The not-so-good news was that PCC lost the opener in all five tourneys and went 2-3 in consolation title finals.

Men's Hoops Wins Consolation Title At Skip Robinson Classic

Reserve guard Kyle Mitchell poured in four 3-pointers in the first half as part of his 22 points as the Pasadena City College men's basketball team captured the consolation title of its Skip Robinson Classic, defeating Mt. San Antonio, 67-56, Saturday at Hutto-Patterson Gymnasium.

The host Pasadena City College men's basketball team will try to make it through the consolation bracket following a 73-67 defeat v. Santiago Canyon Thursday night in the opening round of the PCC Skip Robinson Classic. The Lancers are one of eight teams participating in the first four games in the 3-day tourney at Hutto-Patterson Gymnasium.
